（1）知己知彼，百战不殆。根据试题结构，发现自己的薄弱环节和短期有潜力可提升的部分。（如：词形转换）
（2）综合而言，英语（一）是对阅读和翻译的考查。

考试大纲规定，大学英语的教学目标是“使学习者能比较熟练地掌握英语基础知识和语言技能，做到具有较好的阅读能力，一定的英译汉能力和初步的听，说，写及汉译英的能力”就是最好的佐证。
（3）主观试题（笔答题）和客观试题（选择题）各占50分，这种试卷结构要求我们主观题要努力争分，客观题要减少丢分。
（4）掌握解答选择题的技巧（如排除法，代入法）和翻译的基本技能（如汉译英中把握主干，化简为繁；英译汉中总体把握，添词减词等。）

（1）一般时（一般现在和一般过去）；（2）完成时（现在完成和过去完成）。

考点七：虚拟语气考查重点：
（1）if从句中与过去相反的虚拟；
